¿Es el lenguaje un logro memético?
Resumen
Is language a memetics achievement?
In memetics theory, memes are units of discrete cultural information, which made the emergence of language possible, since they provoked the development of its first phonetic and semantic precedent—protolanguage—as well as its later syntactic coordination. In this work some advantages and disadvantages of this approach are evaluated.
Key words: Memes, memetics theory, memeplex, protolanguage, reciprocal altruism, evolution.
