Resumen


Nature and World Flesh: contributions of Merleau-Ponty to Ecophenomenology.

It is studied here Merleau-Ponty’s Phenomenology, particularly his courses at the Collège de France, in order to analyze the Sensible Logos and the Wild Esprit as some of the most far-reaching approaches in thinking the Undivided Being. The heritage from Husserl’s Ideen II explains the Merleaupontinian transition from a conception of Nature as a prolongation of the World, to another as a dimension of the Vertical Being. The Merleaupontinian intra-ontology understands Nature as Flesh (Body’s Flesh and World’s Flesh) and breaks the opposition between Nature (passivity) and Culture (activity). Some reflections are made on the relations between this Phenomenology and Deep Ecology and Ecofeminism.
