Comment penser les théories de l'esprit ?
Resumen
Can matter think? It is an old philosophical problem. According to some of his letters, Leibniz would have written his New Essays in particular to attack Locke's thesis concerning the thinking matter, at least its tolerance to this question, to which Locke gave an agnostic response. But the Leibnizian arguments against a matter which would think were in fact theologic. Today, on the basis of the nervous matter, one can conceive that this nervous matter not only reacts in the world which surrounds it, but also that it acts simultaneously or consecutively, inasmuch as it maintains a relation with real life; what one could call the «real I» adjusts itself to the «real worl ». The «real I» identifies itself to some «I think that I think», a personnality who is already a reality splited in two elements or represented itself to itself.
